Terms of service

Astrea is run by Architech Solutions LLC. In these terms, "Astrea", "we" and "us" mean that operator. By creating an account or using Astrea, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use Astrea.

Astrea is a task planner for the web and iOS. You use it to plan your day, schedule work, time your focus, and keep optional records about people and health. Some features use AI. We may add, change or remove features.

• An account is for one person.
• You must be at least 13 to use Astrea.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access, write to support@astrea.work.

• Don't break the law, and don't use Astrea to harm, harass or deceive anyone.
• Don't upload content that is illegal or that you have no right to store.
• Don't scrape Astrea, overload it, or try to get into parts of it you weren't given access to.
• Don't copy, decompile or reverse engineer the apps, except where the law allows it.
• In People, keep only what you have a reason to keep about the people in your life.

You own what you put into Astrea. You let us store, copy and process it only to run the service for you. That includes sending parts of it to the AI providers named in the privacy policy.

AI output can be wrong. Check what it creates before you rely on it. Astrea is not responsible for decisions you make based on it.

• New accounts on the website get a 14-day free trial. You don't need a card to start.
• After the trial you can pay monthly or yearly through Clerk Billing, or pay $79 once for lifetime access through Stripe. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• We don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
• If you buy anything through the App Store, Apple's terms govern that purchase and its refunds.

You can delete your account at any time, in Settings on the web or under More in the iOS app.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk.

Astrea is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be free of errors or always available.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using Astrea after a change, the new terms apply.

The laws of the State of Missouri govern these terms.
